I’ve named this scene style in the title but it has really just been ripped and uploaded to RS by an unknown person calling themselves NamelessOne. This is a very early release of this film which only just came out in the cinema about 3 months ago. It is a Lars von Trier film starring one of the great actors Willem Dafoe. If you’re a fan of the horror/thriller genre it would seem this is a must watch!

Quality: As you can see from the snapshots and the sample if you downloaded it, this is a very basic rip. It is uncropped, has quite a lot of “blemishes” i.e. black & white scenes, ‘property of’ messages and a CONSTANT timecode at the top of the screen. If you’re sensitive to these things I suggest you wait for another release and I’m sure someone will re-encode this with at least a blurred out timecode.

Important: Looks like this is pretty much out of sync (i.e. audio is not synced with the video). Best to wait for a re-encode which should appear within 24 hours.

Synopsis: A couple lose their young son when he falls out the window while they have Word in the other room. The mother’s grief consigns her to hospital, but her therapist husband brings her home intent on treating her depression himself. To confront her fears they go to stay at their remote cabin in the woods, “Eden”, where something untold happened the previous summer. Told in four chapters with a prologue and epilogue, the film details acts of lustful cruelty as the man and woman unfold the darker side of nature outside and within.
